How Flowvi handles account and submission data

This page explains the core privacy and data-handling behavior of the Flowvi product in plain language.

What data Flowvi processes

Flowvi processes the account details you provide during signup, the form definitions you create, and the submissions collected through your published forms. The exact submission data depends on the fields configured by the account owner.

How we use that data

We use account and submission data to operate the service, render dashboards, enforce plan limits, and deliver the integrations you enable such as email, WhatsApp, Slack, Google Sheets, Airtable, Telegram, Discord, and custom webhooks.

Third-party destinations

When you connect third-party integrations, submission data may be sent to those providers at your direction. You are responsible for enabling only the destinations you intend to use and for giving notice to your own respondents when required.

Security controls

Flowvi uses server-side access controls, session cookies, and rate limiting to protect authenticated areas of the product. Public submission pages are intentionally separated from the private dashboard and are not meant for search indexing.

Data retention and account requests

Submission and account records remain available to support the product experience until they are removed by the account owner or deleted as part of account cleanup and operational maintenance. For privacy or account-related requests, contact support@flowvi.com.

Important scope note

Flowvi account owners control the fields they publish and the destinations they connect. If you submit a form powered by Flowvi, questions about that form's specific notice, retention, or lawful basis may also need to be directed to the organization that published it.
