Is there a free plan?
Yes. Flowvi offers a Free plan with 100 submissions per month, up to 2 active forms, WhatsApp and email notifications, webhooks, the AI form generator, and form themes — no credit card required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and the unused portion of your current billing period is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe and Paddle. Enterprise plans can also be invoiced.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for qualified nonprofits, educational institutions, and open-source projects. Contact support@flowvi.dev for details.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
New submissions are paused at the limit until you upgrade or the next billing cycle starts — we never silently drop data. You will see a clear banner on the dashboard and an email reminder well before you hit the cap.
Is the AI form generator really free?
Yes. The AI form generator is included on every plan, including Free, with no per-request charge, no token quota, and no API key required. The model runs in your browser, so your prompts never leave your device.
