Flowvi is an advanced form automation platform that transforms simple form submissions into automated workflows. It allows teams to build forms quickly and route the collected data instantly to destinations like WhatsApp, Email, Slack, Google Sheets, or custom Webhooks.

Flowvi is designed for small to medium businesses, event planners, marketing teams, HR departments, and local service providers. Anyone who needs to collect data reliably and trigger immediate downstream actions without writing code will benefit from Flowvi.

Flowvi provides ready-to-use form templates for common use cases (like contact forms, order requests, and event registrations). Once you choose a template or build a custom form, you can share its public URL. Submissions are captured in real-time, stored securely in our database, and instantly forwarded to your configured integrations.

Flowvi currently supports instant notifications and data routing to WhatsApp, Slack, Google Sheets, Email, Telegram, Discord, Airtable, Stripe payments, and custom HTTP Webhooks for advanced developer workflows.

Flowvi offers a generous Free tier that includes 100 submissions per month and basic integrations. For higher volume needs, our Pro plan starts at $9/month, and the Business plan is $29/month. You can start by creating a free account—no credit card required.

All form data is transmitted securely and stored in our protected PostgreSQL databases with strict session security and rate limiting. We offer comprehensive support via our documentation, GitHub issues, and a dedicated community Discord channel. For billing and account issues, direct email support is available.

Yes. Flowvi supports multi-step (paginated) forms with progress indicators. This is ideal for long applications, surveys, or any form where breaking questions into steps improves completion rates.

Multi-step approvals route form submissions through designated reviewers. Each reviewer receives a secure link to approve or reject the submission with optional comments. Approval workflows are available on the Business plan and above.

Yes. Enable the Google Sheets integration and every new submission automatically creates a row in your spreadsheet. You can also export existing submissions as a CSV file from your dashboard at any time.

Flowvi stores data securely with encryption at rest and in transit. Form owners control their data and can delete submissions at any time. For full details on data handling, please review our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Flowvi provides a REST API for programmatic access to your submissions. Authenticate with an API key and use the GET /api/v1/submissions endpoint to retrieve form data. API documentation and an OpenAPI spec are available.
